Our service contracts provide a framework for service that substantively contributes to your goals in a reviewable and verifiable way. Our approach follows a 4-step process:

Establish a Baseline
Using standard system reports and tools we have developed, we establish a performance profile for your automation system, and set goals for the term of service. From creating up to date documentation, to minimizing daily alarms, to creating a streamlined change control process, we can help you solve long-term problems.

Make Consistent Progress
The goals established during the baseline are worked towards on each service visit, unless emergent issues arise.

Respond with Flexibility
Your assigned technician will address any urgent issues, putting the baseline goals aside as immediate needs arise.

Review Progress
The metrics established during the initial baseline will be sampled periodically to ensure progress, and goals adjusted as necessary.
